Both models are $100 more than the iPhone 17 Pro and Pro Max at launch. Higher storage tiers cost more, and the range now goes up to 2TB.

A20 Pro chip
The A20 Pro is Apple's first phone chip made on TSMC's 2nm process. Apple and early reviews point to a faster CPU and GPU, better power efficiency, and a redesigned vapour chamber that helps the phone sustain performance for longer in games and video exports.
